Seyebomi Ademuyiwa Adeniran Ogunsanya, known worldwide as Sheye Banks — The Vybe King, is a force of nature in Nigerian entertainment. Growing up in Egbeda, Lagos, his passion for sound was ignited by legends like Fela Kuti, King Sunny Ade, Michael Jackson, and Westlife.
Starting his broadcasting career in 2010 after a defining experience at a radio station, in the UK. Sheye went on to work at UNILAG FM, Kiss FM (Abuja & Lagos), and Soundcity Africa — building a decade of unmatched media mastery. He pioneered the AfroHype genre in 2018, spawning a viral TikTok movement and becoming the first hypeman out of Africa to release a solo project.
As A&R, he contributed to all Five #1 hits by Kizz Daniel. Additional A&R credits include work with Davido, Iyanya, Reekado Banks (including the viral hit Ozumba Mbadiwe), Joeboy (Body & Soul album), and Buju (BNXN). As an entrepreneur, he runs Hevy Hub, TSC Entertainment, Modulus Media, and the Vybranium Collection clothing line.
